Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd.: Capex Approval, Resignation of Sr. Vice President, and Key Appointments

In a Board Meeting held on 20th March, 2026, Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd. (Sona Comstar/Company) approved a capital expenditure (Capex) budget for the financial year 2026-27, including a Capex allocation of INR 622 million for gear capacity enhancement in the Company's Driveline Business. The Board also took note of the resignation of Mr. Ajay Pratap Singh as Sr. Vice President (Legal), Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and appointed existing employees as interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Furthermore, the Board appointed Ms. Suman Poddar as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel, and Mr. Arjun Singh as Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from 16th April, 2026.
