
Sona Comstar Q4 FY26 Revenue up 47%, PAT up 17%; Wins 4 new driveline programs
Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd. (Sona Comstar) announced strong financial results for Q4 FY26 and the full financial year. In Q4 FY26, revenue grew 47% YoY to ₹1,272 crores, EBITDA increased 32% YoY to ₹311 crores (24.4% margin), and PAT rose 17% YoY to ₹192 crores (14.7% margin). BEV revenue share reached an all-time high of 39%, growing 22% YoY. The company secured four new driveline orders, including three EV programs, with three orders from European OEMs, marking its first EV program win from Europe in almost four years. For FY26, revenue grew 26% YoY to ₹4,475 crores, and adjusted PAT increased 11% YoY to ₹670 crores. Sona Comstar added 9 new EV programs and 3 EV customers in FY26, expanding its EV program count to 67. New orders worth ₹5.8 billion were secured for various BEV and hybrid platforms.
