Sonalis Consumer Products Ltd Enters MoU with Devendra K Viradiya and Bhavna D Viradiya for Property Purchase

Sonalis Consumer Products Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mr. Devendra K Viradiya and Mrs. Bhavna D Viradiya for the purchase of a property. The property, an open land with an under-construction warehouse, is situated at Nana Mahika, Gondal- Mota Mahika Road, Gujarat. The total land area is 20234 Sq. Mtrs. The company has agreed to issue and allot 24,20,000 equity shares (12,10,000 Equity Share to each vendor) in lieu of the consideration amount of Rs. 145,200,000/-. The MoU was executed on 2274 August, 2024.
