Sonata Software North America Initiates Proceedings Against Client for Accounts Receivables and Damages

Sonata Software North America, Inc. ('SSNA'), a subsidiary of Sonata Software Ltd., has initiated proceedings against one of its clients for the collection of accounts receivables and damages. The proceedings have been instituted at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The dispute involves an involuntary petition under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The expected financial implication is USD 10.64mn. The company expects Q4 26 PAT to be still accretive compared to Q3 26 due to certain other one-time offsetting factors, and Revenues also are expected to be in line with the guidance provided during the February 6, 2026 earning call.
