Soni Medicare Appoints Namit Soni as Additional Executive Director

Soni Medicare Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Namit Soni (DIN- 02910984) as an Additional Executive Director, effective August 14, 2026. He will hold office until the next Annual General Meeting and is liable to retire by rotation. Mr. Soni, son of Chairman and MD Mr. Bimal Roy Soni and Non-Executive Director Mrs. Anju Soni, brings expertise in healthcare administration, financial management, and strategic planning. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
