Sophia Traexpo Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q3 2025 Results

Sophia Traexpo Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by insiders. The trading window will remain closed from Thursday, 01% January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the Third quarter ending on 31% December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to approve & consider the Unaudited financial results for the Third quarter ending on 315t December, 2025, will be intimated in due course of time.
