Sophia Traexpo Ltd to Approve Q3 Results on Feb 12, 2026; Trading Window Closed

Sophia Traexpo Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025. This is in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Furthermore, the company has informed that the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from the date of the meeting until 48 hours after the Board Meeting, in line with previous communications about the closure of the trading window.
