Sotefin Bharat Ltd Holds 14th AGM, Approves Financials & Director Re-appointment

Sotefin Bharat Limited conducted its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 26, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The meeting successfully transacted all businesses outlined in the notice, including the adoption of the audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, the re-appointment of Mr. Arup Choudhuri as Director, and the ratification of Mr. P. V. Subramanian as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. All resolutions were passed with the requisite majority through remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM.
