Source Industries Statutory Auditor Resigns

Source Industries (India) Ltd, now known as ARKA DEFENCE & LOCOMOTIVES LIMITED, has announced the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. P R S V & Co. LLP. The auditors cited increased professional pre-occupation and manpower constraints as reasons for their resignation, which was effective August 14, 2026. The firm had been appointed on September 27, 2025, for a five-year term and had completed the audit for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and a limited review for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company will file the necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies.
