Source Natural Foods Appoints K.B. Nambiar & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. K.B. Nambiar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors. This decision was approved by the members at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. The new auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 31st AGM until the conclusion of the 36th AGM. M/s. Srinaga & Giridharan, Chartered Accountants, completed their second term as the outgoing auditors. The company expressed appreciation for their contributions.
