Source Natural Foods re-appoints Cost & Internal Auditors for FY27

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Limited announced the re-appointment of its Cost Auditor and Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s. Chiranjeevulu Jeelaga & Co., Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditors. Concurrently, M/s Ganga Prakash & Co., Chartered Accountants, were re-appointed as the Internal Auditors for the same financial year. Both re-appointments are effective from May 28, 2026. M/s. Chiranjeevulu Jeelaga & Co., established in 2018, is a Hyderabad-based firm offering various financial and compliance services. M/s. GANGA PRAKASH Chartered Accountants, established in 2015, specializes in auditing, taxation, corporate laws, and advisory services.
