Source Natural Foods to Incorporate Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary. The Managing Director has approved proceeding with the incorporation of "SN Solar Mangaluru Private Limited" or a similar name, subject to Registrar of Companies approval. The subsidiary will be incorporated in India and will focus on green or renewable energy, specifically developing, implementing, owning, operating, and maintaining grid-connected Solar PV power projects. Shares will be subscribed at face value, with the company holding 100% shareholding.
