The scope of work involves the installation, electrification, energisation, and commissioning of 500 deep borewells in Odisha. The project is to be executed within 180 days, with an initial security deposit of 2% required within 7 days. The LOI specifies a guarantee period of 18 months post-completion. This contract is with a domestic entity, and SWPE has confirmed no promoter or group company interest in OLIC, nor does it fall under related party transactions.
