South West Pinnacle Exploration to Invest in Alara Resources Rights Issue

South West Pinnacle Exploration Ltd (SWPE), along with its promoters Vikas Jain and Piyush Jain, has signed a commitment letter with Alara Resources Limited (ARL), Australia, to invest in ARL's upcoming rights issue. SWPE will subscribe to its entitlement and any shortfall, subject to ARL shareholder approval and regulatory compliance. This investment follows SWPE's prior investment of AUD 500,000, which currently holds 12,500,000 shares (1.56%) in ARL. The total proposed investment is up to AUD 59,769.32, plus any shortfall, within the board-approved limit. The transaction is not expected to impact SWPE's management or control.
