Southern Gas Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q1 2026

Southern Gas Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives'. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of Financial Results will be intimated later.
