Southern Infoconsultants Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Southern Infoconsultants Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1 April, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March, 2026, to the public. The designated persons are prohibited from trading in the company's shares/securities during this period. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of audited financial results will be announced later.
