Southern Latex Ltd. to Approve Q4 Results on Jan 30, 2025; Trading Window Closed

Southern Latex Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on January 30, 2025, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also approve the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for designated persons from January 1, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the results are made public on January 30, 2026.
