Sovereign Diamonds Ltd has announced its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM via video conference. The meeting agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, and special business concerning the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Gehani as Chairman and Managing Director for a three-year term and Mrs. Arundhati Mali as Whole Time Director and CFO for a three-year term. These re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval via special resolution and are in compliance with SEBI and MCA regulations.
