Trading Window Closure Announced by SP Capital Financing Ltd for Q3 2025 Results

SP Capital Financing Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code for Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
