Span Divergent Board Meeting on Aug 11 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Span Divergent Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026. In accordance with SEBI regulations, the company has also informed that the trading window for its securities will be closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results. This closure is to prevent insider trading during the sensitive period. All designated persons are prohibited from trading in company securities during this window.
