Span Divergent Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for promoters, directors, designated persons, and their relatives. This closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. During this period, no insider trading or dealing in the company's securities is permitted. The date for the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
