Span Divergent Enhances Corporate Guarantee by ₹68 Lakhs

Span Divergent Limited's Board of Directors has approved an enhancement of its existing Corporate Guarantee in favor of HDFC Bank Limited. This guarantee is for credit facilities availed by Dryfruit Factory LLP, a material subsidiary. The enhancement amounts to ₹68,00,000 (₹68 Lakhs), increasing the total aggregate Corporate Guarantee from ₹5,00,00,000 (₹5 Crores) to ₹5,68,00,000 (₹5.68 Crores). The company stated that the promoter/promoter group/group companies do not have any interest in this transaction and it has been conducted on an arm's length basis. The guarantee constitutes a contingent liability for Span Divergent Limited, with no immediate financial impact unless the subsidiary fails to meet its repayment obligations.
