Span Divergent Limited, a company based in Surat, Gujarat, has announced a preferential issue of equity shares for consideration in cash. The decision was made during an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on February 20, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting commenced at 11:00 a.m. (IST) and concluded at 11:23 a.m. (IST). The EGM was held to transact the business set forth in the notice dated 23™ January, 2026. The Company had provided the facility of remote e-voting to the Members in respect of the resolution(s) proposed at the EGM.
