Speciality Restaurants Appoints Avik Chatterjee as CEO

Speciality Restaurants Ltd has appointed Mr. Avik Chatterjee as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, effective June 1, 2026. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 19, 2026. Mr. Chatterjee, who previously served as the Whole-Time Director, will also be designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) under the Companies Act, 2013. The board also approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a dividend of ₹1.00 per share.
