Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited has informed the stock exchange about the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window will be closed for all promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. It will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2026.
