Spectrum Foods Limited (SFL) has signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Government of Rajasthan to establish new hospitality projects under 'Rising Rajasthan 2024, Jaipur'. The projects include a ₹140.00 crore five-star resort in Ajmer (Pushkar) and a ₹80.00 crore five-star resort in Pali (Jawai). The Pushkar project is in the advanced construction stage and is expected to be inaugurated in the coming 6 months. The state government has outlined various subsidies to support fresh hospitality projects, including investment subsidy, exemptions, and interest subsidy. These incentives are expected to enhance the financial performance of SFL's upcoming projects, with cumulative subsidy benefits up to ₹65 crores over 7 years.
