Trading Window Closure Announced by SPEL Semiconductor Ltd for Designated Persons

SPEL Semiconductor Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated/connected persons, effective from March 31, 2026. The closure will last until the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Directors, KMP's, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the company either directly or indirectly during this period. The date of the board meeting for the consideration and declaration of the unaudited financial results will be intimated separately.
