Spenta International Ltd: Director Appointments Approved at AGM

Spenta International Ltd announced key appointments and re-appointments approved at its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 23, 2026. Mr. Dilip Ramdas Pawar was re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years. Mr. Danny Firoze Hansotia was re-appointed as Managing Director for three years. Additionally, Mr. Anil Krushnadas Parekh was regularized as Director and appointed as Wholetime Director. These decisions were made in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies Act, 2013.
