Spenta International Ltd to Approve Q4 Results on Feb 13, 2026; Trading Window Closed

Spenta International Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also discuss any other business with the permission of the Chair. In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025.
