CLC Industries Applies for Promoter Reclassification Post-NCLT Order

CLC Industries Ltd has submitted an application to the BSE and NSE for the re-classification of its erstwhile promoters and promoter group entities from 'Promoter/Promoter Group' to 'Public' category. This action is in accordance with the National Company Law Tribunal's (NCLT) order dated May 12, 2023, which approved a resolution plan leading to consequential changes in the company's shareholding and control. The company received a query from NSE regarding the applicability of certain SEBI LODR regulations, to which it is complying. The list of entities seeking re-classification includes individuals and private limited companies, all currently holding zero shares.
