Spice Islands Forms JV with Peace Mission for Beverage Brand

Spice Islands Industries Ltd has approved the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement with The Peace Mission Private Limited to form a strategic business collaboration. Spice Islands will hold a 60% stake in the venture, which will focus on the development, manufacturing, branding, marketing, distribution, and commercialization of a functional wellness beverage product under the brand name "PEACE ROGERS". The initial product line will feature a 210 ml fortified functional wellness beverage with ingredients like Vitamin C, D3, B12, Spirulina, and ORS. This move signifies Spice Islands' expansion into the high-growth functional wellness beverage segment.
