Spinaroo Commercial appoints Shivam Rajgarhia as Internal Auditor

Spinaroo Commercial Ltd's board appointed Mr. Shivam Rajgarhia, a Chartered Accountant, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, as per Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013. This decision was based on recommendations from the Audit Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Harsh Satish Udeshi resigned from the position of Internal Auditor, effective from the end of working hours on May 14, 2026, and his resignation was accepted by the board.
