SPML Infra Ltd Secures 99,000 Sq. Mts. Land Allotment for Battery Energy Storage System Manufacturing Unit

SPML Infra Ltd has received an allotment of 99,000 Sq. Mts. of land in Supa Parner Industrial Park, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC). The allotment is for the establishment of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing unit. The allotment is subject to the payment of the premium and adherence to other terms and conditions specified in the letter. The company has already paid the earnest money and is in the process of completing the payment of the premium as per the stipulated requirements. This arrangement falls within the normal course of business, and further details under SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are not applicable in this case.
