Sprayking Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Sprayking Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March, 2026 for designated persons of the company including their immediate relatives. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the Financial Results for the above-mentioned period is yet to be communicated.
