Sprayking Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Sprayking Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for Designated Persons of the company, including their immediate relatives, from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and the half-year ended 30th September, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the Financial Results for this period is yet to be communicated.
