Sprayking Ltd to Approve Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 and H1 2025 in Board Meeting on October 16

Sprayking Ltd, formerly known as Sprayking Agro Equipment Limited, has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on October 16, 2025, at its registered office in Gujarat. The agenda includes the approval of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting is scheduled in compliance with Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has also announced that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed and shall open 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting, in accordance with the Code of Conduct of Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
