VK Global Industries Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

VK Global Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. During this period, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated separately.
