VK Global Industries Reports Turnaround with FY26 Profit of ₹9.91 Lakh

VK Global Industries Ltd (formerly SPS International Ltd) has reported a significant turnaround in its financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹9.91 lakh, a substantial improvement from a loss of ₹43.22 lakh in the previous fiscal year. Revenue from operations surged to ₹99.21 lakh from ₹5.91 lakh in FY25. This marks the first full year of commercial operations for its hydroponic business, which has shown positive earnings. The company's hydroponic facility in Faridabad has stabilized, and it has secured necessary licenses, supplied produce under stringent quality controls, and expanded market reach through digital channels. VK Global Industries is now considering expansion plans to broaden its product mix and move into value-added offerings.
