SPV Global Trading Ltd Reconstitutes Board Committees

SPV Global Trading Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 24, 2026, to approve changes in the composition of its committees. The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee have been re-constituted.
