Square Four Projects India Ltd: Company Secretary Resigns, Richa Saraf Appointed

In a recent development, Square Four Projects India Ltd announced the resignation of Ms Sneha Saraswat from the post of Company Secretary, effective March 5, 2026. The Board has accepted her resignation. Following this, Ms Richa Saraf has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, effective March 5, 2026. Ms Saraf is a Commerce graduate and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has experience in dealing with matters related to Companies Act, SEBI Act and allied laws. She was also associated with Skipper Limited as a Management Trainee.
