The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on the same day, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC). Ms. Tekumalla brings over 18 years of experience in corporate compliance, secretarial practices, regulatory filings, corporate governance, and legal documentation. Her appointment is subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
