Sreechem Resins Ltd to Approve Q3 Results on Feb 5, 2026; Trading Window Closed

Sreechem Resins Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 5, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting is scheduled in accordance with Regulations 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Furthermore, the company has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the 'Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders', the trading window for dealing in shares of the company will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
