Sreeleathers Ltd Declares Interim Dividend of Re.1/- per Equity Share for FY 2025-26

Sreeleathers Ltd held a board meeting on 06.02.2026 and declared the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2025. The company approved the un-audited standalone financial results and announced an interim dividend of Re.1/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26. The record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend is 13.02.2026 and it will be paid on Wednesday, 25.02.2026. The company also recognized an exceptional item in financial results for the quarter and nine months period ending December 31,2025 on account of past service cost by Rs.6.41 lakh due to the recent changes in labor codes.
