Kama Holdings Sells 9.95 Lakh SRF Shares to Subsidiary

Kama Holdings Limited has completed the second tranche of an off-market inter-se transfer of 9,95,000 equity shares of SRF Limited to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kama Realty (Delhi) Limited. This transaction represents 0.34% of SRF Limited's total share capital. Following this sale, Kama Holdings Limited's direct shareholding in SRF Limited has reduced to 49.54% from 49.88%. The total diluted share capital of SRF Limited after the acquisition is Rs. 2,96,65,76,350.
