SRG Fingrow Finance Ltd. Re-appoints Mr. Dilip Kumar Singhvi as Independent Director

SRG Fingrow Finance Ltd. announced the re-appointment of Mr. Dilip Kumar Singhvi as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, from 17th July 2026 to 17th July 2031, subject to shareholder's approval. Mr. Singhvi has extensive experience in the banking sector, spanning credit management, risk assessment, collections monitoring, and resolution of customer grievances. He holds a B.Sc, M.Com, MBA, and CAIIB, and has completed multiple courses on Mutual Funds conducted by NISM.
