Aqylon Nexus Appoints Lakshita Bhandari & Co as Internal Auditor

Aqylon Nexus Ltd announced the appointment of M/s Lakshita Bhandari & Co, Chartered Accountants, as its Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on August 4, 2026, in compliance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013. The company also appointed Mr. Vishnu Deepakbhai Rupareliya as Additional Executive Director and Mr. Bhavin Sanjaybhai Sanghani as CFO. Additionally, Ms. Krina Gokulkumar Shah resigned as Secretarial Auditor, and M/s Pooja M Patel & Associates has been appointed to fill the vacancy.
