Aqylon Nexus Ltd: Secretarial Auditor Resigns, New Auditor Appointed

Aqylon Nexus Ltd announced the resignation of its Secretarial Auditor, Ms. Krina Gokulkumar Shah, effective August 4, 2026. The Board of Directors accepted the resignation and, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, appointed M/s Pooja M Patel & Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27 to fill the casual vacancy. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. The board meeting also saw the appointment of Mr. Vishnu Deepakbhai Rupareliya as Additional Executive (Non-Independent Director) and Mr. Bhavin Sanjaybhai Sanghani as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), both effective August 4, 2026.
