Aqylon Nexus: Trading Window Closed for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

Aqylon Nexus Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Insiders, Designated Persons, and Connected Persons, including their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results (Standalone) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The action is in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading, as mandated by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
