Sri Amarnath Finance Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also consider various other businesses. The trading window for purchase/sale of shares of the company by designated persons is closed from January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025, in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
