Sri Chakra Cement: CFO Srirama Nendraganti Resigns

Sri Chakra Cement Ltd announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Mr. Srirama Vara Prasad Nendraganti, effective May 30, 2026, after business hours. The resignation is due to personal reasons. Mr. Nendraganti will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel as per the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations. The Board of Directors will record the resignation at the upcoming Board Meeting. The company is in the process of appointing a new CFO and will communicate the appointment to the stock exchange in due course.
